Information used to run the service

We process your email address, sign-in information and company/project permissions to provide access. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not readable passwords. Temporary security codes and session records support sign-in and recovery.

Project information can include names, site addresses, schedules, working hours, inspections, recipients and finalized PDFs. This information is visible to authorized members of your company and the platform owner. Platform access is used to administer accounts, provide support and maintain the service.

Service providers

The hosted application uses Cloudflare infrastructure, including a D1 database for records and R2 storage for PDF files and service settings. Resend processes sign-in and enabled report emails. Weather requests send the project’s configured address or coordinates to the configured weather provider, such as Visual Crossing or the National Weather Service. Some workspaces use Bracket’s shared sign-in service to verify identity and company permissions.

Device access

The mobile app does not request your device’s GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone. The app uses an internet connection and a persistent sign-in session. There are no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs in the current app.

When you share a PDF, the mobile app creates a temporary file in private device cache. It schedules removal after ten minutes and clears that cache on startup and sign-out. If the app is suspended, removal can wait until it runs again. Copies you save or send using another app are managed by that app and are not removed by signing out.

Security and retention

Connections to the service use HTTPS. We maintain authentication and operational records to diagnose errors and protect access. Working project records and finalized PDFs remain stored until an authorized administrator deletes them. Exported files and recipients’ copies are outside this service’s control.

Account deletion includes review of account information and associated personal data. If information must be retained for a legal obligation, we will explain what is retained and why. Backups and provider-held records may need a separate removal process; they are not represented as instantly erased.

Your choices

Contact mchatha.bracket@gmail.com to ask about, correct or obtain your information. To delete your account, use the account-deletion page. You can submit a request in the app or from a browser. No payment is required to request deletion.

Intended audience and changes

This service is for construction project teams and is not directed to children. This notice may change as the service changes; the updated date appears above.
